February 20th game United Way joint initiative; kids in CMSA Club jerseys admitted for free.

Calgary United is very pleased to announce that the game on February 20th against the Saskatoon Accelerators (7pm kick-off) will be a joint collaboration between CUFC and the United Way of Calgary and Area. Donations, including proceeds from the 50/50 draw at the game, will be made to United Way.

“This is a fantastic new partnership for United Way.  We are pleased to be involved with Calgary United FC because it’s focused on bringing the community together and making a difference in children’s lives,” says Ruth Ramsden-Wood, President of United Way of Calgary and Area.

“Soccer is the most played and watched sport in the world.  As Calgary becomes a more multicultural community, soccer is a sport that will bring the city together,” Chris Baker, President of CUFC, elaborates.
Children under 18 attending the game in their CMSA club jerseys will be admitted for free.
